I was in Nancy for a business meeting and came across this place on Google. I immediately thought, I have to try it! I arrived just five minutes before closing and wanted to order the item advertised outside the building. The lady serving me struggled to explain in English that the special offer was for students only, but I could still get the same meal at the regular price. I agreed, and they began preparing it. It turned out to be a burger wrapped in a puff pastry. They grilled the meat, added cheese and tartar sauce, and wrapped it in the raw dough. Then, they placed it on a continuous grill set to 300 degrees. In about a minute, the final product was ready. The lady also prepared fries for me, carefully frying them multiple times in short intervals of about 10 seconds each. When everything was packed up, I tried to pay and tip with a card, but communication issues prevented it. I felt bad about this 20 minutes later. I took the food and walked to a nearby park just two minutes away. Upon unpacking, I was pleasantly surprised - along with the burger, fries, and drink, they had included some Christmas cookies and two sauces for the fries. What a nice touch! Now for the most important part: the food was incredible - a French twist on a classic burger. The grilled sesame seeds on the puff pastry added a delightful aroma and taste. The meat was juicy, and the tartar sauce inside complemented it perfectly. The pastry wrap also made it easier to enjoy without losing any ingredients, as often happens with traditional burgers. As amazing as the burger was, the fries were even better! These were some of the best fries I've ever had. The accompanying yellow sauce, reminiscent of dill mustard sauce used with smoked salmon, was outstanding. Next time I’m in Nancy, I will definitely return - and this time, I'll tip double! Honnêtement, meilleur repas de ma vie. Je n'avais jamais mangé des frites aussi croustillantes, avec des sauces maison. Un burger juteux dans un bun, assaisonné à souhait, rien de mieux pour se régaler ! Le menu étudiant à 10€ avec un bun, des frites, une sauce au choix et une boisson est rentable à 100%. Allez y !
Testé et approuvé ! Les buns sont vraiment bons et on sent que les ingrédients sont de qualité. Le concept est original et permet de ne pas en mettre de partout quand on mange. Les frites aussi sont excellentes (avec la sauce tartare c'est encore mieux ). Les quantités sont généreuses ! Accueil très chaleureux, cuisine très propre, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Je recommande et je reviendrai !
Bon alors très clairement, il s’agit d’une belle découverte. J’y suis allé presque par hasard en voyant leur note Google, mais sachant que beaucoup ont de faux avis, je ne me faisais pas trop d’illusion. Et pourtant ! V’la la surprise Disons le, c’était pas juste bon, c’était TRÈS bon. Même si mes photos ne leur rendent pas justice (on dirait le bout de pain supérieur d’un burger ), c’est bon et copieux (bah oui, c’est bien fourni). Truffé de lardons, patates, fromage goûtu, et oignons caramélisés qui font péter (beaucoup péter), c’était un régal hors norme. Sans hésiter, je retenterai l’expérience, d’ailleurs en écrivant ce descriptif j’ai qu’une envie, c’est d’y retourner. Le seul défaut, c’est la terrasse qui est vraiment à côté d’une route très passante, mais au final disons-le, on s’en fout, c’était très bon
Un énorme wahhhhoooo ,nouvelle pépite découverte pour ma part (le To Schuss),une vraie tuerie,j'ai surkiffé.Ma femme, elle avait déjà gouté leur choucky buns au fromage de chèvre et miel de sapin et elle les adorent ainsi qu'un autre buns .Les tenders sont également excellent avec des sauces maison a tomber . Des produits de qualité,de leur propre jardin (N hésitez pas a aller voir leur page Facebook Nous nous sommes abonnés sans hésiter pour suivre les nouveautés de saisons ). Mais le To Schuss buns est vraiment pour moi une révélation,je sais déjà ce que je commanderai a ma prochaine visite. Copieux et généreux. Pour la personne qui m'a donné le sac a emporter , vous vous êtes excusée pour l'attente mais pour moi les choucky prépare devant moi , mérite amplement cette attente . J'irai reprendre avec mon mari un menu créer mon buns . Testé sur Uber eat, un peu par hasard J'ai testé le menu avec un buns (cheeseburger), frites et un trio de petit chou au comté Vraiment bon, très rassasiant, mention pour les frites bien croustillantes et pas grasses. Je viendrais tester sur place la prochaine fois
Belle découverte de fou! Déjà les 2 personnes qui y bossent sont super sympas, c’est trop agréable surtout un lundi! Les frites sont super bonnes et le Burger enfermé en buns c’est original ! Les sauces maisons sont vraiment bonnes et le tout n’est ni trop salé ni sucré. Un steak un poil trop cuit , mais plutôt bon et sympa d’avoir un menu étudiant. Allez y , y’a une petite terrasse mimi comme tout
